An e-mail forwarded by Mike Doyle regarding the bridge construction on SR 45 over the Greenway Trail north of Lisbon:

The LIttle Beaver Creek Greenway Trail will not close  during construction on the S.R. 45 bridge.  A tunnel has been constructed  under the bridge for the safety of trail users.  A flagger will be in place on the trail to stop traffic for short periods of time during the beam removals and placements.  The duration of stops is supposed to be approx. 5 minutes.  This is according to ODOT.  All should go smoothly with the  exception of some small wait times.

Columbiana County Park District

The second came in from Tim Kelley, of Sewickley, PA, a member of the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO). His e-mail is here in pdf format.
