OSW Annual Banquet

Join us for fun at our annual OSW banquet November 13th at Leo's Ristorante.

Register and pay by mail or print out the registration form if you prefer to mail in your form.

There will be cash bar in our banquet room with a dedicated bartender 
The room  is spacious with plenty of room to move around and social distanci
COVID precautions will be adhered to as much as possible.
You must register by Wednesday November 3 rd..for accurate head count and dinner selections.

You will be asked to indicate your food preference when you register.
