Join us in Columbiana County at Elkton's Pub & Restaurant (Formerly Lock 24) on 4/27/24 at 6:00 pm. The building originally constructed as a barn along the Sandy and Beaver Canal in the 1830's. It proudly still stands after 194 yrs.
