Canfield Experimental Farm
Start you day with a ride at 10:00 along the Canfield trail. Starts at the Experimental Farm. Pace will be leisurely. 10-15 miles.
Meet at Kirk road at 1pm for a slow and easy ride on the trail. We will be traveling between 10-15 miles, depending on the group. Any questions, please call Lori
Ride of about 38 miles at a moderate pace starts at 9:30 A.M. at the Canfield Experimental Farm Trailhead. We will take a short break at Berlin Lake and hopefully see some activity in the osprey nest close to the restrooms at the boat launch. There will be an optional stop for anyone interested at TP Tools Auto Museum (free admission) about 2 miles before the end of the ride to see over 50 vehicles on display with surrounding nostalgic decor. Spring In Columbiana County - this ride started in 1995 and is a favorite of all cyclists. The routes are flat to rolling hills, loop thru the countryside and small towns, with a stop at the rail station in Lisbon for a snack. Pizza Hut lunch at the end of the ride. For those who want to attend the Taco Tuesday ride(scheduled on 5/14), we will ride past the Hillbilly Hill Bar & Grill, so you can find it easier (it‘s tucked away). Ride of about 30 miles on flat to rolling terrain around and near Lake Milton at a mid-high moderate pace starts at 3:00 p.m. at the American Legion on Milton Avenue in Milton Township. Stay afterwards (if you want) for the Jackson Milton Hot Stove Cow Drop Bingo fundraiser. The cost of tickets to the fundraiser is $20.00 per person, for which you get both food (served about 6:00 when the doors open) and an entry in the cow drop bingo game (starting about 7:00). There will be a cash bar. Tickets to the fundraiser can be purchased in advance. Jim Henderson has 20 tickets. You might see him on Fred‘s Monday rides. Ride of about 40 miles at high moderate to brisk pace mostly on roads (but some trail) starts at 2:00 PM at Hillbilly Hill Bar & Grill (less than a mile from Western Reserve Greenway Oakfield Trailhead). *** Option available to ride almost exclusively on Western Reserve Greenway at your own pace and distance. *** Deep fried or soft tacos or other food available at the Hill after 5:30 PM. Let‘s take a chance on the scattered showers. Let‘s ride north for 68 miles round trip, grab a bite for lunch and return. Lunch at Clay Street Diner - you can ride a shorter distance, since its up and back on the trail.

Multiple stops police escorted on Belmont Ave and the 22 mile ride will be mid to high moderate through some neighborhoods to the airport on Belmont followed by a free lunch afterwards. Registration starts of at 12:30 and the ride starts at 1pm sharp. Helmets are required. The registration is free but donations are appreciated! Just meet up with me to sign the sheet.
